Correct handing and inspection of clamps

title
The first step in avoiding accidents is to follow the specified procedures for handling and inspecting clamps. This will also improve operating efficiency and extend the service of the clamps, which will reduce costs.
Correct handing
1:Indoor storage by clamp type
At the end of work each day, never leave the clamps outdoors.
Be sure to store them in a protected area, sorted by clamp type
2:Routine inspection and maintenance
Be sure to inspect the clamps before starting work each day and service them at the end of work each day.
Inspect and service the clamps regularly, whether the clamps have been used or not. (At least once a month)
When inspecting or servicing the clamps,be sure to lubricate them.
3:The use of damaged clamps is strictly prohibited
Deformed or damaged clamps must not be used. They should be replaced promptly.
Before starting work, check the inspection label.(which shows the month)of each clamp.
4:Early replacement
It is dangerous to keep using replaceable parts right up to the very limit of what is permissible.
In the field, when hardened objects are being lifted, or when lots of steel plates with the same thickness are being handled one after another, replace the cams and swivel jaws ahead of schedule.
